Hotel Thamel Park is a three-star hotel in the middle of Thamel, opened in 2022. It has 88 rooms on eight floors, a card key, and Wi-Fi. The desk is used to late arrivals, and shops, cafes, and the start of most Kathmandu walks are a few minutes away on foot.

Seven Star Village Resort is in Sauraha, the usual base for Chitwan National Park. It opened in 2015 and has 44 rooms: 24 deluxe, 16 premium, and 4 suites. The room key is a simple mechanical key. It suits a jungle walk, a jeep drive, and an early start into the park.

Jungle World Resort is the other Sauraha stay beside the park. The building guests use now comes from the 2008 and 2017 works, and all 44 rooms are deluxe. Each room has one double bed and one single bed, so a small group does not have to split up. Check-in is from noon, check-out is at 10:00, and two bottles of mineral water are included for each person.

Hotel Crowne Imperial is a four-star hotel in Kuleshwor, on the west side of Kathmandu, opened in 2018. It has 131 rooms on 15 floors, a card key, a gym, and a spa. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Thamel and the main temples are a short drive away, and the hotel itself is the quieter place to sleep.
